Position Summary

Stockworth’s Real Estate Market Analyst will be responsible for sourcing and updating real estate market research data, sourcing macro economic data, populating research databases, and performing various research and data related exercises. This position will advance Stockworth’s overall data initiatives including, but not limited to providing tools for Stockworth’s real estate practitioners centered around superior market knowledge and intelligence.

Applicants will work alongside Stockworth’s President and Creative Director for the preparation and presentation of data reports, assembly of database fueled dashboards, and enhancing Stockworth’s overall data initiatives. 

Applicants who are self-starting and demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative will have opportunity for advancement and growth within the Stockworth organization.

 Benefits

  • Starting salary range $45,000 - $65,000 commensurate with skills and experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Populate and refine existing real estate databases.
  • Maintain market area research databases for use by Stockworth real estate practitioners.
  • Assist in the data and analytic component of real estate marketing efforts.
  • Update and publish online data dashboards for use by Stockworth practitioners and corporate partners.   

Qualifications & Experience

  • Business-based bachelor’s degree (general business, finance, data analytics, real estate, accounting, economics, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Helpful but not required

  • Knowledge of Tableau data analysis & visualization software
  • Knowledge of intermediate statistics, finance, and data aggregation/sorting functions
  • Familiarity of web scraping and coding platforms.
