Job Title: Web Designer
Employment: Full Time, Non-Remote
Compensation: Salary + Bonus
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in web design or a related role.
Description: A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn is a must. The web designer will work with our creative team at Stockworth. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is ready to jump into a fast-paced, challenging environment and gain valuable industry experience.
Professional appearance, great attitude and communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, strong work ethic, and being a team player are required. The candidate should also be methodical and have strong time management skills.
This position is NOT designed for outsourced vendors, marketing agencies, and freelance designers. Applicants must be comfortable working full time on in-house projects. Work is performed in an office environment and candidates must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in our Windermere, Florida office.
All equipment, software, etc. you will need to work will be provided. Our facility operates within a solely Mac based environment and all applicants should be familiar with Mac OS based applications and general OS usage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
- Experience with CMS platforms (ie. WordPress, HubSpot, SquareSpace, Kajabi, etc.)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Knowledge of version control systems
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain company's online presence
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and email funnels

Content creation and management for websites and social media platforms

Website management ensuring the websites are up-to-date, engaging, and reflects organizational goals

Managing the company's email marketing and communication

Analyzing and reporting on the success of digital campaigns and social media strategy

Staying up-to-date with new and emerging trends to keep the company's online presence relevant

Collaborate with the creative team to create content that engages the audience

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience
- Employment background verification
- An online portfolio or PDF must be submitted for consideration

- Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Prior experience with visual design, creating graphics and a solid grasp of design concepts
