Description: Stockworth Realty Group, a premier luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Listing/Marketing Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing property listings, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Listing Management: Coordinate and manage the preparation of property listings, including scheduling photos, staging, showings, and ensuring timely updates to team and clients. Input listings into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and manage the compliance of contract requirements to ensure all documentation and legal obligations are met for each transaction
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies for property listings, including digital campaigns, print materials, social media outreach, and other promotional activities.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to emails and phone calls, and ensuring all client needs are met throughout the marketing and listing process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team leader, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors (photographers, videographers, designers, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, etc.) to ensure high-quality marketing materials and manage contract requirements, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, title searches, and other necessary tasks throughout the listing and transaction process.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and competitor activity, ensuring that our marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales License required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured team environment
- Positive, friendly attitude with a professional appearance

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to industry changes
