Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Professional
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: Salary + Bonus (based on Skill and Experience)
Report to: President
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, motivated, and is a self-starter who is ready to jump into a busy environment and gain valuable industry experience. But don’t worry if you feel as if you don’t have enough experience yet, we can help you learn and grow.

What we are NOT looking for are outsourced vendors, agencies, and remote workers. This is a full-time in-person position with:
- salary + commission
- continuing education
- vacation and sick time
You will also be able to hang out in our Stockworth Lounge where we provide lunch for the whole team every Thursday and you’ll always find a fun atmosphere with lots of free coffee, snacks, and, of course, the fridge is always stocked with Red Bull and Lacroix.
Our modern office and studio is located in Windermere, Florida where you’ll have your own space from which to work, so you will need to already live in the U.S. and be available to start immediately.
