Agents new to Stockworth are often experienced real estate agents, business people transitioning to a career in real estate, or practitioners/agents seeking to elevate their existing real estate business to the next level.
A successful applicant will already hold an active Real Estate Sales License with the State of Florida and ideally have at least 2 years’ experience successfully selling residential real estate.
Stockworth sales associates are 1099 full-time self-employed contractors who are seeking to align themselves with an established and respected real estate boutique specializing in the luxury market in Central Florida. Our agents are among the area’s most decorated and most accomplished in their field and considered the best of the best. Stockworth is recognized for our excellence in business and high standards of morals, ethics, and professional achievements.
Unlike most other real estate companies, we are not a franchise and not a “mega brokerage” – we are a locally-owned, family centric real estate boutique comprised of veteran and seasoned agents mixed with a support staff of licensed professionals lead by a leadership team with decades of success in the metro Olando real estate business. We have one office and one mission: to be the very best while serving our clients’ needs in real estate, business, and beyond.
Responsibilities include:

Lead generation: Successfully be able to network, generate business, and maintain and work client database

Client communication: Interview buyers, schedule showings, and coordinate open houses

Market research: Compare properties, research market trends, and provide valuations

Negotiation: Negotiate offers, repairs, and terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents

Documentation: Draft and review contracts, and ensure all legal requirements are met

Closing process: Guide buyers through the closing process

Client representation: Represent clients in legal negotiations

Client network: Build a client network through referrals, marketing, and service

Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to share strategies and insights

In addition to an active real estate license, a successful applicant will be required to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and have MLS access as a primary member.
