About Oliver
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Oliver first fell in love with the lakes and oak‑lined streets of Windermere in 1997 and has since made Central Florida his home. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, where he earned a degree in Accounting, and built his analytical foundation through corporate roles with Deloitte & Touche, Dr Pepper, and Honda Motors.
Oliver’s transition into real estate was inspired by a passion for investment properties. Alongside his wife, Meredith, he has overseen the thoughtful renovation and successful resale of more than a dozen homes, developing a keen eye for neighborhood value, floor plan layouts, and architectural nuance that now serves his clients at the highest level.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Papiamento, Oliver brings cultural fluency and a global approach to client service. His strategic mindset, disciplined negotiation style, and commitment to stewardship elevate every transaction. Outside of real estate, Oliver enjoys college football, professional baseball, and quality time on the beach with his wife.
