and a Master’s in Business, she brings a strong analytical background and strategic mindset to every
transaction. Prior to real estate, Nikita spent 14 years in the EdTech industry, with 10 years in sales,
honing her expertise in negotiation and contract management. Her ability to simplify complex processes
and advocate for her clients ensures a seamless and rewarding experience.
