Mark Allen Hayes, CCIM, PhD(c)

Mark is a principal in the Stockworth Group of companies, including Stockworth Institute, Stockworth Realty, Stockworth Studios, and Stockworth Management. An entrepreneur, real estate broker, coach, producer, and writer, Mark led the management buyout of Stockworth from the Tavistock Group and serves as an active consultant to Tavistock and Lake Nona on a variety of projects, including UCF College of Medicine, Nemours, VA, Valencia, Lake Nona Institute, Albany, etc. Mark has brokered over two billion in real estate deals, was featured nationally on FOX news and won several industry awards for real estate film production.

Mark served as the co-founder and director of Education for the Lake Nona Institute, has been active in education research since 1985, and had his Lake Nona education master plan published in a case study by the Harvard Business Review. In 2004, Mark founded an Entrepreneur Academy and created an entrepreneurial, fast-track program for young adults, where instead of teaching business to young adults, he went into business with them. His curriculum has been featured at public, and private schools, colleges, universities, churches, correction facilities, and community outreach centers, with countless students graduating as business owners. The Director of a corrections facility and the Headmaster of Lake Highland Preparatory school said, “Mark's program is one of the most impactful programs we have ever experienced here.”  In addition, Mark serves as a guest lecturer and business plan judge at UCF and Rollins College. 

Mark received his MBA from Rollins, a Film/TV BA from the University of Central Florida, his CCIM designation, and is currently in candidacy/research status at Johnson University, pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Theology.   

Mark and Jodi Hayes have two daughters attending The First Academy, are very active at First Baptist Orlando, have lived in Orlando since 1985, and enjoy collecting guitars, writing letters with vintage fountain pens, and spending time with his family.
