Lona Fonville is a Luxury Property Specialist and Broker Associate at Stockworth Realty Group, a boutique real estate company that services the greater Orlando area. With more than 17 years of real estate experience, Lona is a veteran real estate agent and has been around real estate her whole life. Specializing in the Dr. Phillips area, Lona has been a resident for more than 20 years. She also works in the surrounding areas, including Windermere, Gotha, MetroWest and Winter Garden.
Both of Lona’s parents were intimately involved in real estate and ran successful businesses while she was growing up. Lona knows all the neighborhoods inside and out around the Bay Hill area and is dedicated to helping her clients select the best home for their family's needs.

Previously, Lona was with HUD homes for over 10 years. When Lona is not showing houses, you can find her at the Dr. Phillips marching band or LaCrosse cheering on her son or on the soccer field with her daughter. She has two kids at Dr. Phillips High School and a third on her way to crawling. Lona loves gardening, water skiing and snow skiing. She studied dental assisting before she had children and still works part time with Dr. Rampi, where some of her patients have become clients.
