About Irhelma
Irhelma (EE-REL-MAH) Pieterse was born and raised in South Africa and moved to the United States in 2000. After living in Manhattan for four years, Irhelma got tired of the cold and moved to sunny Florida, and now calls Windermere home. Irhelma and her team closed more than 180 transactions just last year – that’s more than three per week.
Irhelma and Stockworth have a very experienced and sophisticated team of experts to assist you in finding creative ways to get you the most money and the quickest sale.
Since starting in real estate almost 12 years ago, Irhelma used her background in consulting at a Big 5 company and found a niche for herself in the luxury and lakefront market of Windermere. Over the past few years, she built her business from the ground up and established relationships with affluent people in real estate that enabled her to become recognized by peers as a luxury and lakefront specialist. She is the recipient of the prestigious Five-Star real estate agent award four times, a member of ORRA, Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), NAR and a consistent Top Producer in the top 2% of the market space.... Irhelma had the privilege to represent several international clients who moved to Orlando over the past few years. Those experiences not only made her an expert in the luxury market, but also exceptionally knowledgeable about dealing with international sales and understanding the financial requirements to become a homeowner in the USA.
She has experience with buyers relocating from across town or across the world. Previous clients include executives of Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes and more. Stockworth is also the exclusive relocation company for the United States Tennis Association.
Irhelma holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages and Business Communication and is fluent in three languages – English, Afrikaans, Dutch, as well as conversational French. She lives with her husband and daughter in Windermere. In her free time, she loves to read.
