Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Employment: Full Time, Non-Remote

Compensation: Salary + Bonus 

Description:  The Digital Marketing Manager will work with our creative team at Stockworth and is responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is creative, analytical, and passionate about delivering impactful digital experiences while staying ahead of emerging trends.

This position is NOT designed for outsourced vendors, marketing agencies, and freelance designers.  Applicants must be comfortable working full-time on in-house projects. Work is performed in an office environment and candidates must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in our Windermere, Florida office.

All equipment, software, etc. you will need to work will be provided. Our facility operates within a solely Mac-based environment and all applicants should be familiar with Mac OS-based applications and general OS usage.

Responsibilities

  • Online Presence Management: Oversee and maintain websites and social media platforms, ensuring they are engaging, optimized, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Social Media Management & Targeted Ads: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and implement strategies to grow audience reach and engagement.

  • Email Funnel Campaigns: Develop compelling email campaigns and digital content in collaboration with the creative team, managing campaigns from concept and execution to successful conversion.

  • Website Design & Optimization: Design, update, and enhance the company’s website, ensuring an excellent user experience. Optimize the site for search engine performance (SEO) to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Analytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns and website performance metrics, refining strategies to improve outreach efforts.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies to keep our online presence innovative and competitive.

  • Collaboration & Vendor Relations: Work closely with vendors and manage creative resources to deliver high-quality, timely results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience.
  • Employment background verification.
  • An online portfolio or PDF must be submitted for consideration.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and adaptability to learn new digital media skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in website design and basic coding HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) to make updates and improvements to the website as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Prior experience with visual design, creating graphics and a solid grasp of design concepts.
  • Desired software experience: Hubspot, Kajabi, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in a MacOS environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite products.
