Description: The Director of Marketing & Strategic Growth will lead all marketing efforts for both Stockworth Studios and its clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, brand development, email funnel campaigns, social media analytics, SEO, and content strategy. The manager will collaborate with an in-house team of creatives—including producers, editors, graphic designers, and writers—and will be responsible for growing the firm’s visibility, generating qualified leads, and positioning clients and company leadership in public, professional, and thought leadership platforms.
This position is NOT designed for outsourced vendors, marketing agencies, and freelance designers.
Applicants must be comfortable working full-time on in-house projects. Work is performed in an office environment and candidates must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in our Windermere, Florida office.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Stockworth Studios and select client accounts.

Oversee brand development, digital campaigns, and thought leadership positioning.

Manage and optimize SEO, social media, and email marketing funnels.

Lead a creative team producing video, graphic, and written content.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for lead generation and growth.

Collaborate directly with leadership on business development initiatives.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and deliverables.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth strategy—ideally within media, agency, or professional services sectors.

Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar), and marketing automation tools.

Expertise in email marketing funnels, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Experience leading multi-channel campaigns, including web, video, social, email, and PR.

Ability to manage and mentor a creative team, including designers, videographers, and content writers.

Demonstrated skill in brand development and thought leadership positioning (e.g., executive visibility, LinkedIn strategy, speaking platforms).

Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
