Job Title: CFO

Employment: Full Time, Non-Remote

Compensation: Salary + Bonus 

Description:  The Chief Financial Officer of the Stockworth Group of companies has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, managing, and running of all of the finance activities of the different companies. Activities include business planning, reporting, forecasting, and management of multiple budgets.

A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn is a must. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is ready to jump into a fast-paced, challenging environment and gain valuable industry experience.

Professional appearance, great attitude and communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, strong work ethic, and being a team player are required. The candidate should also be methodical and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Applicants must be comfortable working full time on in-house projects. Work is performed in an office environment and candidates must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in our Windermere, Florida office.

All equipment, software, etc. you will need to work will be provided. Our facility operates within a solely Mac based environment and all applicants should be familiar with Mac OS based applications and general OS usage. 

Responsibilities

  • Tracking cash flow, developing and maintaining financial plans
  • Ensuring financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Providing strategic direction and allocating resources appropriately
  • Ensuring customer payments are made in full and on time
  • Controlling and monitoring expenses
  • Tracking projects and making adjustments as needed
  • Maintaining all financial documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Employment background verification
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of financial practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficiency in the use of financial management software
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite products
