When my husband was offered a job in Orlando Alison was one of the first people we were put in contact with. From our very first conversation over the phone in Australia, we knew that she was going to be an incredible ally to have in our corner. Once we hit the ground in Orlando we had approximately 36 hours to find a more permanent accommodation solution for our young family of 6. This was no easy task as it was the middle of summer and everything was booked out. Alison picked me up from our hotel and took me, in my heavily jetlagged state, from place to place trying to find something. It took us all afternoon and night but she was able to do it for us! Once we were settled in our corporate accommodation we then shifted our attention to finding a rental. Alison was so patient as we, once again were up against the clock and didn't even know where we wanted to be living. She took me and our 4 young children all over Orlando day after day trying to find the right house. We finally found a house in Lake Nona, 3 minutes from my husband's office. Her kindness and service to us was not, however, limited to housing. She also gave up her time to take us mattress shopping and then when the mattresses did not arrive on time she drove out to us late on our first night in the rental to provide us with her own blowup mattresses. She was like our guardian angel. After a few months in the rental, we decided to buy in Laureate Park. Alison again stepped up and helped us through the buying and building process. From the beginning, Alison has been fantastic and I am sure we could not have transitioned as easily into our new lives without her help and support.

I was connected with Alison through a co-worker who she had worked with during a relocation and then a new construction build. This was my first home purchase and Alison walked me through every step of the process. Initially, she arranged a number of options to view which helped me to figure out what I truly wanted. As we explored various homes, I asked her about building instead of purchasing a resale. Alison helped through every step of the process with the builder from our initial visit to closing a year later. During that time, Alison was always available to help me with any questions or concerns during the process. She even went to the design center with me to provide advice on finishes and upgrades. Alison's knowledge of the market and her relationships with other agents and builders made things extremely easy for a first time buyer.
